600 W in a Full Brick Case
Miniature 2 Watt DC-DC converters for use in medical applications now available
XP Power today announced the new IML02 & ISM02 miniature 2W rated DC-DC converters for use in medical device applications that require safety isolation between the input and output. These converters provide 4000 VAC reinforced isolation with 1 x MOPP at 300 VAC (250 VAC model IML02) working voltage and, ideal for use in patient connected devices, have a very low 2 µA patient leakage current.
Featuring 2W of output power and with both single and dual voltage output models, the converters are available in an SMD package (model ISM02) or a through hole, industry standard SIP7 package (model IML02).
1200W - 1500W modular power supply series has lowest acoustic noise and full MoPP isolation
TDK Corporation announces the introduction of the QM series of AC-DC power supplies; the first 1200W to 1500W rated modular series to have full MoPPs isolation, with the lowest acoustic noise available on the market at that power level. This product is the latest in a 37-year heritage of modular power supplies, beginning with the invention of the ML series - a world first in 1979. Having both medical and industrial safety certifications, the QM is suitable for a wide range of applications, including BF rated medical equipment, test and measurement, broadcast, communications and renewable energy applications.
RWS-B and LS Series warranties extended
TDK Corporation is pleased to announce that effective October 1st, 2016, the warranties on its TDK-Lambda RWS-B series general purpose AC-DC power supplies have been extended from 5 to 7 years. At the same time, warranties on its LS series general purpose AC-DC power supplies have been extended from 3 to 5 years.
10kW and 15kW programmable power supplies have CE mark and RoHS 2 compliance
TDK Corporation announces that the TDK-Lambda Genesys™10kW and 15kW series of programmable power supplies are RoHS 2 compliant. All models having an output voltage between 30V and 1500Vdc and those with less than 30V output (with an input voltage of 208Vac or 400Vac) now carry the CE Mark in accordance RoHS2 Directive 2011/65/EU in addition to the 2014/35/EU and the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU previously covered.
